- Develop facade concepts, elevations, sections, and detailed design drawings.

- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details for facade systems.

- Design and detail curtain walls, glazing systems, aluminium cladding, ACP, louvers, fins, and other facade elements.

- Prepare material specifications, schedules, and quantity take-offs when required.

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and site teams to resolve design conflicts.

- Review architectural drawings and identify facade-related technical requirements.

- Ensure facade drawings comply with applicable building codes, project specifications, and safety requirements.

- Assist with material selection, facade system detailing, and value engineering.





- Incorporate design revisions and respond to technical comments from consultants and clients.

- Support site teams with technical clarifications and installation-related issues.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in facade design, aluminium and glazing systems, or building envelope detailing.

- Valuable knowledge of facade materials, systems, construction methods, and installation practices.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
