Job Title: External Development Engineer

Industry: Construction / Real Estate

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 3–8 years in external development or infrastructure works.

: Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising external development works, including roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, stormwater systems, and other infrastructure development. Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities & Roles:

Supervise road construction, paving, and external infrastructure works.

Execute drainage, sewerage, and water supply pipeline works.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and site layouts.

Monitor site progress, quality, and material consumption.





Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
