SEC Reporting Analyst

## About the Role

This role involves the preparation and review of the Company’s SEC reporting documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate financial disclosures.

## Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review the Company’s SEC reporting, including Annual Reports, 10-K’s, 10-Q’s, 8-K’s, and XBRL filings as required.
- Specific areas of focus include the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and various footnote disclosures.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus in public accounting.
- CPA, ACA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP.
- Robust communication and analytical skills.
- Experience working within a global matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
- Experience with Workiva is a plus.
