- Responsibilities:

- International Lead Research &
- Generation:

Research target markets and use online platforms, directories and networks to build a steady pipeline of qualified overseas prospects.

- Client &

- Partner Outreach:

Identify and connect with overseas clients, distributors, dealers and contractors in sports infrastructure and construction.

- Enquiry Management: Generate international enquiries, respond promptly and follow up consistently to convert them into genuine opportunities.

- Quotations &

- Order Closure:

Prepare accurate quotations, coordinate with internal teams, handle client queries and support negotiations through to order closure.

- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with clients and distributors to drive repeat business and referrals.

- CRM &

- Reporting:

Maintain CRM records, track the sales pipeline and share regular export sales reports with management.

- Market Exploration: Study international market trends,



competitors and demand to identify current regions and business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong English communication & sales skills – able to explain products clearly and persuasively to global buyers.

- Excellent writing, grammar and professional communication skills – for polished emails, proposals and chats.

- Confidence in international calls and client presentations – comfortable engaging with decision-makers across time zones and cultures.

- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills – persistent, professional and focused on win-win outcomes.

- Experience in Export/International B2B Sales preferred – familiarity with export processes and documentation is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
