Job Summary A well-known brass manufacturing company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Export Executive with mandatory knowledge of the brass industry to manage export documentation, coordinate international shipments, and ensure smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other export-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with international customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents.
- Track export shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate export records and customer databases.




- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and shipment planning.
- Follow export procedures, documentation standards, and customs requirements.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in export operations and documentation.
- Knowledge of the brass manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping procedures.
- Knowledge of international trade and customs procedures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
