Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent international markets and business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients
- Plan and execute export marketing strategies and campaigns
- Handle pricing, quotations, and negotiations with international buyers
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth order execution
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and policies
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions

Required Skills

- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures
- Market research and strategic planning ability
- Cultural awareness and adaptability
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple markets and client
- Experience in specific industries (e.g., FMCG, textiles, incense/agarbatti, etc.)
- Knowledge of export documentation (LC, Bill of Lading, IEC, etc.)
- Fluency in foreign languages (advantage)

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in export sales/marketing (typically 3–8 years)
