Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Executive role based in Pune District.

The Export

Executive will manage day-to-day export operations, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves handling inquiries from international clients, preparing quotations, negotiating orders, and supporting sales activities in export markets.

Executive will also maintain records of shipments, monitor compliance with export regulations,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and inventory availability. Regular communication with overseas customers and logistics partners will be required to resolve issues and support smooth export transactions.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Export Documentation and related compliance processes.
- Knowledge of Export and Import Export procedures, including incoterms and logistics coordination.
- Understanding of International Trade practices and regulatory requirements.
- Skills in Sales for handling international customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or export management software.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in export operations, preferably in agricultural, herbal, or food products.
- Diploma or degree in Commerce, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
