Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about different products, including features, benefits, alternative options and potential applications.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products
- Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

- MBA/BBA students or recent graduates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
