Position Description

As an Employee Engagement Associate, you will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellness, and culture at Digit. This includes managing engagement calendars, wellness programs, internal communications, and recognition frameworks. You will also support HR operations, induction, and performance management processes to ensure a seamless and engaging employee journey.

Role & responsibilities:

· Campus Hiring & Trainee Lifecycle: Manage campus hiring coordination and support the trainee journey from offer to joining, including engagement, pre-joining formalities, feedback, performance tracking, and regular connects.

· Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, festive celebrations, team-building events, sports events and internal campaigns.

· Induction & Onboarding: Coordinate recent joinee induction, trainings and onboarding to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and engaging experience.





· Internal Communication & Content: Create content for newsletters, HR campaigns, onboarding material, policy updates, and other employee communication.

· Employer Branding & Social Media: Curate content for employer branding partners & Life at Go Digit social media pages, showcasing culture, employee stories, events, and workplace moments.

Preferred candidate profile:

- People-friendly, energetic, and excited to build employee experiences.
- Should have strong excel and data analysis skills to prepare reports and derive insights from them.
- Strong at coordination, follow-ups, communication, and getting things done.
- Creative with content, campaigns, engagement ideas, and social media storytelling.
- Comfortable working across campus hiring, onboarding, engagement, R&R;, and communications and open to all domains that HR has to offer.
- Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
