JD Key Responsibilities

- Plan and arrange spare parts against billable customer/field orders.
- Coordinate inter-branch stock transfers for urgent requirements.

- Raise PRs for items not available in PAN India inventory.
- Follow up with Purchase and MPF teams on open PRs and POs.
- Monitor and drive closure of open billable Sales Orders (SOs) with branch MM team.

- Support branch warehouses in spare parts fulfillment and inventory-related activities.
- Analyze inventory availability and identify stock shortages.
- Generate and share MIS reports with management and internal stakeholders.





- Ensure compliance with warehouse and inventory management processes.

Skills & Requirements

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in SCM, material planning, inventory, or spare parts management.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Experience in SAP/ERP systems preferred.

- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Reporting & Analysis).
- Solid analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
