To handle shift operations independently to achieve set targets of production in terms of quantity as well as quality.
- Execution of production as per defined production methodology.
- Meet production targets.
- Ensure minimum downtime in production process.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of production machines and equipments as per plan.
- Quality initiatives in production process/ plant.
- Staff/worker management in shift operations.
- Data compilation & preparation of various production related MIS.
- Any other related task assigned by reporting authority / HOD.
