Qualification : Graduate or Postgraduate; HR specialization preferred.

Experience : Minimum 2 years relevant end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience with the ability to independently manage multiple requirements into Bulk Hiring

Work Arrangement : Work from office mandatory- 5-6 days working

Job Purpose

Independently manage end-to-end recruitment requirements while ensuring timely fulfilment, quality hiring, solid candidate engagement and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Own assigned requirements from sourcing through candidate joining.
- Understand role, skill,



experience and band requirements.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct HR screening and assess overall candidate suitability.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback, selection, offer and joining.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders on recruitment requirements.
- Monitor candidate pipelines, ageing, conversions and potential hiring risks.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process compliance.
- Support volume, lateral and niche hiring requirements.
