Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential retail brands, franchisees, and tenants for leasing opportunities.
- Handle leasing of retail shops, kiosks, showrooms, and commercial spaces.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, brokers, property consultants, and brand networks.
- Conduct site visits and present available spaces to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate rental terms, security deposits, lease periods, and other commercial terms.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and ensure timely closure of leasing deals.
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams for lease documentation and execution.
- Maintain tenant databases, leasing pipelines, and regular MIS reports.
- Track competitor malls, market rental rates,



and retail leasing trends.
- Work towards achieving leasing targets and improving occupancy levels.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in retail leasing, mall leasing, or commercial real estate.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Good understanding of retail brands, leasing processes, and commercial terms.
- Ability to generate leads, manage prospects, and close leasing deals independently.
