- Job Summary

- We are looking for proactive and organized candidates to support the Founder in daily operations, business coordination, client communication, and execution of business priorities.

- Eligibility-Assist the Founder with daily tasks, meetings, calendar management, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal departments and clients on ongoing projects.

- Track tasks, deadlines, and business activities.

- Draft skilled emails and prepare reports and presentations.

- Manage LinkedIn posts, comments, replies, and engagement.

- Coordinate client requirements,



invoices, and payment follow-ups.

- Conduct basic market research and maintain business records.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- MBA freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates interested in a Founder’s Office Trainee role are also welcome.

- Graduates with an interest in business operations, management, and executive assistance can apply.

- Relevant experience is an advantage but not mandatory for trainee candidates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
