Major Responsibilities Are As Follows

- Handling requests for Material code creation from various functions like Product Support, Order Engineering, Marketing Services etc. Ensuring that these requests are processed through SCASE (ticket system) and resolved within 2 days from request creation.

- Monitoring the quality of current material codes being created as per the checklist maintained in the department and ensuring compliance with the laid down guidelines.

- Organizing periodic meetings with various Plant functions to ensure the timely resolution and closure of all created tickets.

- Providing periodic training to various Plant functions to ensure data accuracy and reduce rework and related correspondence while filling in function related views.

- Completing the specific projects for Master data cleansing on time.
