What you'll do

- 1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- - Work closely with business users to understand their needs, pain points, and existing

- processes.
- - Elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects.

- - Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities.

- 1. Process Mapping and Design:

- - Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications.

- - Collaborate with development teams to design RPA workflows.





- - Define acceptance criteria for RPA deliverables.

- 1. Solution Development:

- - Assist in configuring RPA tool (UiPath).

- - Collaborate with developers to build and test RPA bots.

- - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

- 1. Testing and Quality Assurance:

- - Conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA solutions.

- - Identify and resolve defects.

- - Validate that RPA bots meet business requirements.

- 1. Change Management and Deployment:

- - Support change management activities related to RPA implementations.

- - Coordinate deployment and post-implementation support.

- - Train end-users on using RPA bots effectively.
