- To create and updating the Standard Operating Procedures and their compliance.2. Responsible to use through knowledge of Water System Operation and Maintenance of all Utilities Equipments i.e. including Pre Treatment (MGF & Softener), UF, RO, EDI, Purified Water supply and distribution, system and maintaining respective documentation (Whenever applicable).3. Handling of Change Control Process (including Justifications, risk assessments and action plan).4. Handling of Deviation Process.5. Handling and Review of Incident and investigations.6. Handling of CAPA.7. Preparation of MQR data for execution.8. To prepare and review the training calendars (SOP and cGMP) andensure its implementation.9. To impart SOP trainings as per individual’s profile as per trainingcalendar.10. To impart cGMP trainings to all the departments at Plant level andensure the compliance.11. To ensure proper documentation and retention of the training records12. To impart training to new joinee at Engineering Department.13. Adhere to current technologies, cGMP, USFDA, MHRA & TGA etc.14.



Assist for Initial estimation of maintenance cost based on activity basedcosting and cost control for the annual budgeting. Responsible fordeveloping and maintaining the Plant & utility Department annualbudget.15. Zero accident/ incident in factory premises.16. 100% statutory compliances.17. 100% Audit compliances by maintaining all cGMP documents, including SOPs and PM records.18. Participate in regularly schedule maintenance staff meetings andcoordinating by circulating Minutes of Meeting.19. Maintain 100% on-time completion of PM's. Support new or modifiedequipment/ facility installations to include identifying & purchasinginitial spare parts and implementing current preventative maintenanceprocedures.20. To carry out improvements in system for better & efficient operations.21. Responsible for accurate parts inventory and equipment specific usagecontrol.22. Implementation of cost improvement maintenance.23. To perform any other work as and when assigned by Head ofdepartment
