Role & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct mobilization activities across all the communities.
2. Perform door-to-door activities to engage with the community.
3. Ensure student attendance and active participation in sessions.
4. Provide counselling to students when required.
5. Interact with stakeholders, Sarpanchs, and school principals.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Commerce) with 2 years of experience.
- Robust knowledge of basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Comfortable engaging with the community and convincing students to enrol in courses.
