Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Management professional to manage Giant Media's product catalog across B2B marketplaces and the website, ensuring accuracy, completeness, pricing, content quality, and product visibility.

Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, content, specifications, attributes, images, variants, and pricing.

- Handle new product onboarding, bulk uploads, updates, and catalog maintenance.

- Ensure accurate categorization, attribute mapping, and product data.

- Conduct regular catalog audits and quality checks and resolve discrepancies.

- Optimize product content, keywords, and attributes for SEO and discoverability.

- Monitor product visibility, traffic, leads/inquiries, and listing performance.

- Use AI tools for catalog enrichment, content optimization, analysis, and automation.

- Use advanced Excel for data management, analysis, bulk updates, and reporting for business.

- Develop catalog SOPs, trackers, and quality-control processes.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Design,



Quality, Operations, and marketplace representative.

Required Skills

- 3+ years in B2B E-commerce, Marketplace, Catalog Management, or E-commerce Operations.

- Strong product data and catalog management skills.

- Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, data analysis, dashboards, Power Query, and advanced formulas.

- Practical knowledge of AI tools and automation.

- Understanding of pricing, SEO, and product listing optimization.

- Strong attention to detail and cross-functional coordination.
