Job Title: Executive – Accounts ERP

Location- Mumbai (Dadar-Wadala)

Salary- up to 30,000 in hand +pf +gratuity

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP software, including sales, purchases, invoices, receipts, payments, credit/debit notes, and journal entries.
- Maintain customer, vendor, product, and inventory master data.
- Verify ERP entries, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with the ERP vendor for issue resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports using ERP data and MS Excel.
- Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation techniques.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Assist in ERP report verification, accounting activities, and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.

Educational Qualification:



B.Com mandatory. Experience: 1–3 years in ERP, accounting, MIS reporting, or data management.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and inventory transactions.
- Strong MS Excel and ERP skills.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation preferred.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
