Role Ocerview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accounting Executive to support our finance and accounts operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, good Excel skills, ledger maintenance, and the ability to coordinate and maintain legal and financial documents.

Key Roles Responsibilites:

- Maintain and update ledger accounts and financial records.
- Assist with general accounting activities, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for legal documents, agreements, and other required paperwork.
- Organize, verify, and maintain financial and legal documentation.
- Assist in preparing accounting statements and periodic financial reports.
- Support documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and legal records.




- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification Experience:

- Any bachelors degree, preferably in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- MBA in Finance candidates are also eligible.
- 0-1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or documentation.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and basic Excel knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Skills:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and ledger accounts.
