Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Sales Executive role based in Bangalore City.

The Event Sales

Executive will be responsible for generating and managing event-related business opportunities, including identifying prospective clients, conducting sales calls and meetings, and presenting event solutions tailored to client needs. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for event delivery, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular sales reports.

Executive will also participate in networking activities, industry events, and market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about trends in the events sector.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills,



including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation.
- Experience in event sales, corporate events, or related hospitality and services sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in basic office and productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
- Comfort with in office work in Pune City and willingness to attend meetings, site visits, and events as required.
