Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator to help us plan, organize, and execute hackathons, technical events, workshops, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate hackathons, workshops, and technical events.

Communicate with participants, speakers, institutions, and team members.

Manage event schedules, registrations, and participant coordination.

Assist with event promotions and outreach.

Coordinate logistics and ensure events run smoothly.

Work with the Code Pirates team to develop new event ideas.

Requirements

Good communication and organizational skills.





Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Interest in event management, technology, and student communities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Previous event coordination experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
