EV Technical Solutions Specialist

ISIEINDIA | Charging Careers is looking for an EV Technical Solutions Specialist to work on industry-driven projects involving EV training laboratories, OEM learning solutions, technical equipment, and skill development programmes.

- Develop and deliver technical training sessions on EV technology, automotive systems, and related emerging technologies for students, trainers, technicians, and industry professionals.
- Conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations covering EV components, electric motors, controllers, battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), charging systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Support the design, setup, and technical validation of EV training laboratories, practical learning stations, test benches, and demonstration equipment.
- Prepare and review technical training materials, user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), experiment sheets, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance instructions.
- Understand client requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and project scope to develop suitable technical training solutions.
- Design practical exercises, demonstrations, assessments, and troubleshooting activities to improve learners’ technical understanding and hands-on skills.
- Support Training of Trainers (ToT)



programmes to equip trainers with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to deliver effective training.
- Evaluate learner performance through practical assessments, demonstrations, and competency-based evaluations, wherever required.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, OEMs, vendors, trainers, and institutional partners to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Support the implementation of technical learning solutions for government organisations, automotive OEMs, engineering institutions, ITIs, polytechnics, and industry partners.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, project presentations, equipment specifications, and training plans based on client requirements.
- Conduct technical reviews, identify gaps in training content or equipment functionality, and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams.
- Travel to client sites or project locations when required for training delivery, demonstrations, installation support, or project execution.

What are we looking for?

- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Mechatronics, EV, or a related engineering field.
- 2–3 years of relevant technical experience.
- Good understanding of EV systems and technical documentation.
- Robust problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
