Position : Executive/Senior Executive - Billing & Estimation

1. Robust analytical and mathematical skills
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills
4. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
5. Understanding of BOQs, contract terms, and billing procedures
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
7.



Preparing and submitting Running Account (RA) bills during the project and final bills upon completion.
8. Certifying bills for payment and managing the payment process
9. Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in bills or payment processes
10. Checking bills for accuracy against work executed, quantities, and contract specifications
11. Ensuring that projects stay within the allocated budget and tracking costs
12. Estimating the quantities of materials and work required for a project
13. Verbal & written communication skills
14. Responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing billing processes and ensuring budgetary control.
15. Reconciliation to be carried every month.
16. Preparing monthly statements for budget vs actual.Salary: Depends on current knowledge & skills/Current CTC.Experience - 3 to 7 Years. (Real Estate Only)Qualification BE/B.Tech CivilJob Location - Punawale / Bandarkar Road, PuneImmediate Joiners Preferred.Regards,
