- ERP Maintaining data of bills in Excel sheet Market Survey for trends in pricing & current materials Updating Purchase & contracts paid amount weekly in tracking sheet as per ERP Updating actual amounts of Workorder in tracking sheet Signoff from HOD bills on daily basis. Daily bills count. Any other work related to Estimation & planning as per instructions of HOD Prearing &
- Updating barchart in MSP with trigger points with procurement of costly items Tracking Daily work progress & updating in bar chart Coordination with consultants for drawings Prearing & updating Material Schedule, Workorder Schedule Identifying Critical Path & activity slack.

Maintaining

Hindrance data of all sites Cordination with site team & site visit on weekly basis Preparing weekly report of schedule, delay & present to management Preparing cashflow of projects as per estimate, Delay Analysis Preparing monthly targets of all projects Followup of any documents & certificates from consultants Updating daily workdone to HOD Any other work related to Estimation, Contract &
