Company Overview

Edde is headquartered in the UAE and expanding across the GCC, with operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. We are growing our backend office team in Kozhikode to support fit-out and joinery projects across these markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out quantity take-off and prepare BOQs
- Prepare costing for joinery, ceilings, partitions and MEP
- Perform rate analysis and subcontractor pricing
- Compare vendor quotes
- Apply value engineering and cost control




- Prepare tender documents using advanced Excel
- Support variations and final account preparation

Qualification B.Tech / BE in Civil, Mechanical or Interior Engineering

Key Skills

- Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Costing of joinery, ceilings, partitions and MEP
- Rate analysis and subcontractor pricing
- Vendor quote comparison
- Value engineering and cost control
- Advanced Excel and tender documents
- Variation and final account support
- Knowledge of GCC materials and suppliers (preferred)
