Qualification: BE/B.Tech in a relevant Engineering or IT discipline, or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or IT

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead ERP implementation across manufacturing, production, purchase, inventory, finance, and other business functions. Candidates with solid manufacturing-process knowledge and experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Lead ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Understand business requirements and coordinate with different departments.
- Manage manufacturing processes, including BOM, MRP, production planning, purchase, inventory, and costing.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Oversee data migration, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Train employees and support ERP system adoption.
- Resolve implementation issues and coordinate post-go-live support.




- Ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and improves operational efficiency.

Requirements

- 8 – 12 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or project management.
- Experience in manufacturing ERP implementation is highly preferred.
- Must have managed at least 1–2 end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOM, MRP, production planning, purchase, inventory, and costing.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, data migration, UAT, and go-live management.
- Good communication, leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, Zoho, or other ERP platforms is preferred.
- Excel, Power BI, and ERP reporting knowledge is an added advantage.
