: ERP Support Executive

Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support for ERP applications and resolve user issues.
- Troubleshoot system errors, transaction failures, and access problems.
- Support ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and HR.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain system documentation and assist with user training.
- Support ERP updates, testing, and system enhancements.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Basic SQL, Excel, and troubleshooting skills.
- Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant ERP support experience preferred.
