Role & responsibilities

Conduct Cluster unit ER Compliance Audit & ensure corrective action

- Collaboration with cluster units to conduct periodic ER compliance audit in respect of Companys obligations & Contractors records to identify the deviations and initiate corrective action.

- To prepare MIS of compliance status in respect of compliance status .
- To review and Monitor audit observation on half yearly basis

Standardization of process, practice, SOPs of ER & support in LTS, Bonus & other settlements

- Standardization of ER practices & process / SOP
- Pre work on data, analysis & to draft LTS , Bonus & other settlements.

Capability Building

- To develop self & 2 members of team on Disciplinary matters & 2 on Labour laws.
- To arrange 2 session on LTS, Standing orders & other Labour laws
- Lead training session on Legal & Compliance issues.

To coordinate and support cluster units in Disciplinary actions & Legal cases pending at DLC Office

- To coordinate & provide support in disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries & DLC office cases at cluster level to minimize litigation cost by 50% .
- MIS & tracking of cases of DLC office at cluster level.
- Timely submission of returns / Compliances to Statutory authorities
