Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ericsson ENM Migration Engineer with strong expertise in Ericsson Network Manager (ENM), telecom network management systems, and migration activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ENM migration, system upgrades, integration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in a telecom workplace.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing or supporting end-to-end ENM migration projects, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal network management disruption.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Ericsson ENM migration, upgrade, and transition activities.

- Plan and execute migration of ENM environments, including configurations, integrations, and associated network management components.

- Support Ericsson OSS and network management system deployments.

- Perform system installation, configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Validate network element connectivity and management functionality before and after migration.

- Conduct pre-migration assessments, backup activities, migration execution, and post-migration validation.

- Troubleshoot ENM-related issues and coordinate with Ericsson support and telecom engineering teams.

- Prepare migration plans,



implementation documents, rollback plans, and technical reports.

- Coordinate with project managers, system engineers, network engineers, and customer stakeholders.

- Ensure migration activities meet project timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Ericsson ENM (Ericsson Network Manager).

- Proven experience in ENM migration projects.

- Strong understanding of telecom OSS and network management systems.

- Experience in system engineering, system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of Ericsson telecom network architecture and network element integration.

- Experience with migration planning, execution, testing, and post-migration support.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Ericsson radio access network (RAN) management, including LTE/4G and 5G environments.

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and system troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with databases, networking, IP connectivity, and system performance monitoring.

- Experience with high availability, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery.

- Experience coordinating technical teams and managing migration deliverables.
