Roles and Responsibilities:

- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end construction execution of real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Planning and Monitoring: Develop and monitor construction schedules, project milestones, resource plans, and progress against approved targets.
- Contractor Management: Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Engineering Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams to ensure timely availability of GFC drawings and resolution of design and site-related issues.
- Site Management: Oversee civil, structural, finishing, MEP, fa•ade, landscaping,



and infrastructure works to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, BOQs, contractor bills, variations, and cost overruns in coordination with commercial and procurement teams.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, inspection procedures, and defect rectification requirements.
- Health, Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with site safety protocols, statutory regulations, environmental requirements, and applicable construction norms.
- Procurement Coordination: Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and critical resources in line with project schedules.
- Testing and Commissioning: Coordinate MEP services, testing, commissioning, and readiness of building systems for project completion.
- Project Reporting and Risk Management: Track progress, identify execution bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and report project status, risks, and delays to senior management.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with design, planning, procurement, commercial, legal, liaison, CRM, and facility management teams to achieve project objectives.
- Project Handover: Ensure timely completion of snagging, documentation, as-built drawings, statutory approvals, and handover to facility management and customers, as applicable.
- Team Leadership: Lead project execution teams, monitor performance, allocate resources, and drive accountability for safety, quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Qualifications: B.E.- Civil Engineer/B. Tech - Electrical Engineer

8 - 15 years of relevant experience. (Preferred experience in EPC)
