Environmental Engineer cum Project Coordinator with 6+ years of work experience required in a reputed real-estate organisation located at Andheri, Mumbai

Environmental compliance experience in a real estate organisation is must

JD

- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to Environmental Clearance, Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Clearance, Public Hearing, and High Rise Building (HRB) reports

- Prepare compliance reports and handle technical correspondence and assistance with regulatory authorities and project proponents.
- Review the documentation part required for Workplace Clearance, CRZ clearance, High rise clearance & consent
- Analyze and assess primary and secondary data, interpreting results according to prescribed rules and guidelines
- Prepare technical presentations for SEAC II, MCZMA, and HRC committees for clearances
- Assist V.P Liaisoning & works closely with all departments and represents the property operation department




- Coordinating with environment consultants, architects, MEP, structural , geotechnical & landscape consultants for clearance & consent

Alternat Saturdays are off Salary upto Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum (can be increased for a suitable candidate)
