* Environmental Engineer cum Project Coordinator * with 6+ years of work experience required in * a reputed real-estate organisation * located at * Andheri, Mumbai *

* Environmental compliance experience in a real estate organisation is must *

• * Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to Environmental Clearance, Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Clearance, Public Hearing, and High Rise Building (HRB) reports *

- Prepare compliance reports and handle technical correspondence and assistance with regulatory authorities and project proponents.

• * Review the documentation part required for Environment Clearance, CRZ clearance, High rise clearance & consent *

- Analyze and assess primary and secondary data, interpreting results according to prescribed rules and guidelines





• * Prepare technical presentations for SEAC II, MCZMA, and HRC committees * for clearances

• * Assist V.P Liaisoning * & works closely with all departments and represents the property operation department

• * Coordinating with workplace consultants, architects, MEP, structural , geotechnical & landscape consultants * for clearance & consent

* Alternat Saturdays are off *

Salary upto * Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum * (can be increased for a suitable candidate)
