About the Role

Right Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an EPC Recruiter with experience in construction recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for EPC and construction-related roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, client feedback, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining and closures.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in EPC and construction recruitment.
- Recruitment consultancy or staffing industry experience preferred.
- Good understanding of construction hiring and candidate sourcing.
- Solid communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Candidates based in or around Faridabad preferred.
