Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager will lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems across the organization. This full-time, in office role is based in Hyderabad and involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to map business processes, define requirements, and ensure smooth deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, managing budgets, monitoring risks, and tracking progress against milestones.

The ERP Project Manager will oversee testing, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system adoption and performance.



The role also requires continuous evaluation of ERP workflows to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Implementations experience, including end-to-end project lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Process expertise to assess requirements, map workflows, and design scalable solutions.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, track, and control project costs and resources.
- Candidates should possess proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and timeline management.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP vendor certifications) are an advantage.
- Prior experience implementing ERP solutions in manufacturing or printing environments is highly desirable.
