- Production crew loading and machine loading activities as per the plan and ensure the plan is achieved at end of every shift

- Identification, investigation resolution and close out of non-conformities. Ensuring all inspection test points are correctly being carrying out by the production personnel.

- Review the implementation and efficiency of shop floor procedures, processes and control systems.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Reducing the quality cost with the help of analysis of non-conformances on periodic basis and by following suitable actions (both corrective and preventive).




- Create a list of details and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.
- File management record management for all the actual production activities being performed.
- Responsible to Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems encountered by the Production Paint shop.
- Plan and process to minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials etc.
- Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
- Prepare documentations such as process instructions, technical reports and technical data packages Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas. Ensure 5S practices are implemented in the shop floor.

- Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by workmens training and by bringing into use the standards of the performance derived from work measurement studies etc.
- Support implementation, maintenance and improvements of the existing production system. Maintain controls to ensure adherence to procedures and policies
- Ensures all policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, easy and concise manner. ","
