Key Responsibilities

- Conduct English language training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Improve learners’ spoken English, fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Teach grammar, sentence formation, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and interactive learning activities.
- Conduct assessments, mock conversations, role-plays, and presentations.
- Help learners improve confidence and overcome hesitation while speaking English.
- Monitor learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and training documentation.
- Use engaging teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Achieve training objectives and support learners in meeting their communication goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.




- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and language-teaching techniques.
- Ability to manage classroom activities and engage learners effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience as an English Trainer, Spoken English Faculty, or Communication Skills Trainer.
- Experience teaching beginners and intermediate-level learners.
- Knowledge of interactive teaching methods and learner assessment techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Robust classroom management, time management, and organizational skills.
