Role Description The Engineering Recruiter role is a remote, contract position focused on sourcing and securing engineering talent for client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing full-life cycle recruiting activities, from requirements gathering and job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.

The Engineering

Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, build targeted talent pipelines, and recommend effective recruiting strategies. This role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, ensuring a positive candidate experience,



and adhering to all applicable employment and compliance guidelines. Collaboration with internal HR and client stakeholders is essential to meet hiring timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for a variety of engineering roles.
- Experience with Hiring processes, including managing requisitions, evaluating candidates, and supporting offer decisions.
- Proficiency in Interviewing, including structured interviews and candidate assessment against role requirements.
- Technical Recruiting experience, with the ability to understand engineering skill sets and match them to client needs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks).
- Robust communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills in remote, cross-functional environments.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of basic employment laws and recruiting best practices; experience in HR or staffing agencies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical recruiting experience.
