Position: Junior Engineer – Engineering Department

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing and processing equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical systems in production and utility areas.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all engineering work complies with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain maintenance logs, records, and documentation accurately.
- Support validation, calibration, and commissioning of equipment.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times.

Required Skills





- Robust mechanical engineering knowledge relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Basic knowledge of cGMP and quality compliance in pharma.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Eligibility

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may apply.
- Age below 26 years.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts or rotational schedules if required.
