Role & responsibilities

- Operate and program CMM equipment for dimensional inspection of components.
- Perform first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and geometric tolerances.
- Prepare dimensional inspection reports and maintain measurement records.
- Develop and modify CMM programs based on component drawings and inspection requirements.
- Analyze dimensional deviations and coordinate with Production and Quality teams for corrective actions.
- Conduct measurement system analysis (MSA), repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R;) studies.
- Support PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and customer audits, as applicable.
- Ensure calibration, verification, and proper handling of CMM equipment.




- Perform root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain inspection documentation in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements
