To maintain machines of plant in valuable running conditions including maintenance of machines

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

- To ensure Preventive maintenance is accomplished and documented in a disciplined manner
- To maintain machine history cards for all machines & equipments
- To provide uninterrupted Utility services
- To ensure that all safety equipments are installed and available in operating order 5. Maintain & monitor inventories of spares
- To monitor energy cost and prepare action plan for cost saving
- To plan for corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures
- To educate the operators for not changing or interfering with the safety devices
- To plan for spare parts required for critical machines




- To maintain the documents related to IATF 16949 & QMS
- To learn and support implement TPM in shop floor
- To co-operate & co-ordinate with internal customers of Maint Dept. 13. Any other task entrusted by the HOD

- Maintain MTBF & MTTR
- Reduce power condition
- Reduce spare cost

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

1. Basic Machine maintenance knowledge

- PLC & Robotics Troubleshooting (Mitsubishi/Yaskawa)
- PM procedure, Breakdown procedure, TBM, CBM, MTTR, MTBF
- IATF /TPM / EMS-OHSAS

Skills -

- PLC/Hydraulic/Pneumatic
- Mechanical part composition knowledge
- TPM

Qualifications – DME /BE

Experience – DME with 02 to 03 or BE with 1 to 02 yrs of Experience in automobile industry
