Role Description The Engineer – QC will be responsible for executing and monitoring quality control processes for electrical distribution panels and related products in a full-time, in office role located in the Greater Rajkot Area. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting incoming materials and finished products, performing routine and specialized tests, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and relevant industry regulations. The role involves collaborating with engineering, production, and service teams to identify quality issues,



implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Engineer – QC will also participate in audits, assist in maintaining quality documentation and records, and contribute to process optimization to enhance overall product reliability and safety.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, including inspection, testing, and documentation of electrical products.
- Proficiency in Quality Management practices, with the ability to implement and maintain quality systems and standards.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting test data, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, report findings, and support training on quality procedures.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in electrical panels, industrial electrical systems, or similar manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and industry standards (such as IEC, IS, or other applicable codes) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
