Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

- Monitor and control plant operations for fatty acids, glycerine, distilled products, and related oleo chemical processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
- Optimize process parameters to improve yield, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, laboratory, and utility teams for smooth plant operation.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements.

Process Control & Optimization

- Monitor process performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize process downtime.
- Ensure productive utilization of raw materials, chemicals, steam, electricity, and utilities.
- Support commissioning and startup of new equipment and plant modifications.

Maintenance Coordination

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.




- Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and process disruptions.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to address quality deviations.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related quality issues.

Safety, Health & Environment (EHS)

- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Promote safe work practices and participate in safety improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to environmental norms and waste management procedures.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain production records, shift reports, and process logs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and operational manuals.
