Role & responsibilities :

1. Understand client technical requirements, process parameters (pressure rating, temperature, fluid compatibility, thread standards), and recommend optimal Havi product.

2. Review technical specifications, engineering drawings, Data Sheets, and RFQs (Request for Quotation).

3. Prepare exact techno-commercial proposals, price estimations, and compliance statements in coordination with the internal engineering and production teams.

4. Coordinate between clients and internal teams (Design, Production, Quality, Dispatch) to ensure on-time order processing and technical compliance.

5. Assist in resolving technical queries to clients.
