Role Description The Employee role at Tunikinnies is a full time hybrid position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with design, creation, and packaging of handmade affirmation cards, maintaining product quality, and supporting inventory management. The role will involve helping with stall setup and customer engagement at local entrepreneur fairs and events, including handling sales, answering product-related questions, and representing the brand professionally.





Additional tasks can include basic social media support, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating deliveries or orders. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy creative work, interacting with people, and contributing to a mission-centered small business.

- Creative skills such as basic design sense, interest in art or lettering, and attention to visual details.
