• Manage revenue forecasting, workforce planning, capacity planning, and headcount governance processes.

• Monitor productivity, utilization, hiring plans, attrition trends, and staffing requirements across business units.

- Conduct variance analysis between forecast, budget, and actual performance.

• Develop executive reports and operational scorecards highlighting key business trends and performance indicators.

• Partner with operations and finance leadership to ensure alignment between revenue plans and workforce strategies.
