Electronics Engineer (PCB Design and Test)

ABOUT US

SPEZL is a printed electronics company in Mumbai. We screen-print functional inks onto fabric, film and glass to make printed heaters, sensors, antennas and wearable electrodes for partners in India and abroad. Our own brand, iðoona, makes heated apparel on the same technology. We are a small team, so your work turns into real products quickly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will design the electronics behind our printed parts. That means boards that drive printed heaters, read printed sensors, and process signals from wearable electrodes. You will take a board from schematic to a tested product, and build the test setups that check every printed part we make. You will work directly with the founder.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design schematics and PCB layouts for heater controllers, sensor readout boards and test fixtures
- Bring up boards on the bench and debug what doesn't work
- Write firmware for PWM control, temperature feedback, battery monitoring and data logging
- Build test jigs and write test procedures for printed heaters, sensors and electrodes
- Work with the product design team on connectors, enclosures and cable routing
- Support partner projects with measurements, reports and design changes

WHAT YOU BRING
- You are an independent learner.



Much of this work is not covered in formal education, so you pick up new materials, tools and methods on your own initiative.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, EXTC or a related field
- PCB design in KiCad or Altium, at work or in college projects
- Comfortable with a multimeter, oscilloscope and bench power supply
- Basic firmware on ESP32, STM32, Arduino or similar
- Neat soldering and careful notes
