- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, switches, sockets, and lighting fixtures.

- Attend electrical complaints from guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, kitchens, offices, and other hotel areas.

- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, circuit breakers, and other electrical equipment.

- Assist in the operation and maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, transformers, and related electrical installations, as applicable.

- Conduct regular checks of lighting systems, emergency lights, and exit signage.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints.

- Carry out preventive maintenance as per the approved maintenance schedule.

- Maintain records of electrical maintenance, breakdowns, and repair activities.

- Follow electrical safety procedures,



permit-to-work requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with the Engineering team and external contractors for electrical repairs and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements and applicable electrical safety regulations.

- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and support hotel operations whenever required.

- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in electrical rooms and work areas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
