- Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC and VMC machines.

- Diagnose and rectify electrical, electronic, and automation-related machine breakdowns.

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance as per maintenance schedules.

- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo drives, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and control panels.

- Identify faults using electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, and machine manuals.

- Handle CNC/VMC electrical control systems and machine peripherals.

- Troubleshoot servo motor, spindle motor, encoder, limit switch, proximity sensor, and feedback-system issues.

- Perform electrical panel wiring, modification, installation, and commissioning activities.

- Support PLC-based machine automation and modification projects.





- Monitor machine breakdowns and take corrective actions to reduce MTTR and machine downtime.

- Conduct routine inspection of electrical panels, cables, earthing, motors, and safety devices.

- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdown history, spare parts, and corrective actions.

- Coordinate with production, mechanical maintenance, automation, and machine-service teams.

- Follow electrical safety procedures, LOTO practices, PPE requirements, and 5S standards.

- Support continuous improvement, machine reliability, energy-saving, and automation initiatives.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
